Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
A: We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to make any changes or request a cancellation. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

A: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. Express shipping (2-3 business days) and overnight options are available at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery takes 7-14 business days. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: My package says "delivered" but I haven't received it.
A: Please check with neighbors or around your delivery area first. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Sale items and accessories (jewelry, hats, bags) are final sale.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Visit our Returns Portal at [website link] or email us at adoreanew@oneservice.online with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Q: Do you offer free returns?
A: We offer free exchanges on all US orders. For returns, a $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. International returns are at the customer's expense.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
