Return Policy

You may return items within 30days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

· Unworn and unwashed
· With all original tags attached
· In their original packaging
· Free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

Please Note:

· Shipping costs are non-refundable
· A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
· Original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refunded

Exchanges

We offer FREE exchanges on all US orders!

Love the style but need a different size? Let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll send out the correct size at no additional shipping cost to you.

Simply email us at adoreanew@oneservice.online with:

· Your order number
· The item(s) you'd like to exchange
· The desired size

We'll place the new size on hold for you and provide a prepaid return label.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

· Sale and clearance items (marked 30% off or more)
· Jewelry and accessories
· Hats
· Swimwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
· Gift cards

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Option 1: Online Returns Portal
Visit our Returns Portal at www.adorenew.com/returns

· Enter your order number and email
· Select the items you wish to return/exchange
· Print your prepaid shipping label

Option 2: Email Us
Send us an email at adoreanew@oneservice.online with:

· Your order number
· The item(s) you'd like to return/exchange
· The reason for your return

We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return:

1. Inspection: We'll inspect your items within 2-3 business days
2. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
3. Banking: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We're so sorry if you received a damaged item or the wrong product! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at adoreanew@oneservice.online with:

· Your order number
· Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
· A brief description of the issue

We'll make it right immediately with a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.

For international customers, please note:
