*Overnight Shipping: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST for next-business-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will ship the following day for delivery the next business day.
Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all US orders over $69.99.

5. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order!
We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at adoreanew@oneservice.online.
· If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you
· If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You will need to contact the carrier directly once tracking is available

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
1. Check with neighbors or around your delivery area
2. Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they arrive
3. Contact us at adoreanew@oneservice.online within 48 hours of the delivery date
We will do our best to help locate your package or file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at adoreanew@oneservice.online with:
· Your order number
· Photos of the damaged item(s)
· Photos of the packaging
We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible!

9. Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), please allow extra time for processing and delivery. We recommend placing orders early to ensure arrival by December 24th.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines for Christmas Delivery:

· Priority Shipping: Order by December 18th
· Overnight Shipping: Order by December 20th (by 12:00 PM EST)
